It was great to be invited to play a full recital for the patients at the hospital.  Luckily the recital was videotaped live and sent to all of the televisions in the patient’s rooms who couldn’t make it into the chapel.  I played a fun mix of guitar standards such as Sor’s Variations on a Theme by Mozart, Barrios’ Una Limosna por el Amor de Dios and beautiful transcriptions that included pieces like Chopin’s Nocturne in Eflat Major (Op. 9 no. 2) and Handel’s Lascia Ch’io Pianga.
